The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a substantial operational team responsible for delivering homes safely, efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards of quality.

You will play a key leadership role in helping the business achieve its vision of becoming Australia’s benchmark residential construction operation through the application of Lean principles, standardisation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Working closely with our excellent team of supervisors and senior managers, you will drive performance across every aspect of construction operations.

The right contractor has the opportunity to partner with us on continuous work, paid weekly.
