We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our high-performing team at our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD. About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients throughout their home-building journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards and professionalism of the Hickinbotham brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of clients’ homes
  • Manage enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Take ownership of client concerns and resolve issues from start to finish
  • Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed database notes
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
